Introduction:
Our diaphragm valve rubber PTFE composite diaphragm is designed with advanced EPDM or NBR nitrile rubber as the main body, while the effective sealing part is composed of 100% pure PTFE shell that has undergone special activation processing. This composite diaphragm is suitable for use in various industries such as food, chemical, and pharmaceutical.
The soft elastomer materials used in our diaphragms are not sensitive to contamination by fiber masses, solid particles, catalysts, and other substances commonly found in industrial environments. They do not interfere with the operation or sealing of valves. Different diaphragm materials can be selected based on the working temperature, disinfection requirements, and chemical properties of the working medium.
