Introduction:
Simplify your pig manure management with our blister system, designed to rapidly transfer waste to a septic tank through a PVC piping system pre-buried beneath the pig house manure tank. The system comprises premium PVC pipe fittings, universal PVC fittings, and PVC pipes, as well as a high-density polyethylene blowdown valve with a rubber ring for superior durability. The valve is mounted on a bracket in the fitting to ensure optimal containment. Our system is available in international pipe diameters of 200mm, 250mm, and 315mm.

Simplify your pig manure management with our Blister Fecal System - an advanced sealing system that utilizes a natural vacuum to quickly transport waste to a septic tank.
To ensure optimal performance, we recommend constructing the system with a 5% pipeline inclination for maximum discharge effect. Our system is designed to work seamlessly with a pig house septic tank height of 40-60 cm and a 10 cm collection pool height. The direct thrust system should be inclined at 5 mm per meter from the first stage of the tee pipe fittings to the septic tank.
To prevent sewage problems, such as leakage and backflow, we suggest installing exhaust valves at both ends of the system for added convenience.

For optimal manure management, we recommend building a septic tank with a depth of 40-60 cm for storing manure water and other liquids produced during the production process. Different pig houses may produce varying proportions of fecal solids and liquids, so it's important to separate them using isolation and separation tanks based on recommended areas.
To ensure safe and efficient drainage, the drain valve should be pulled up to discharge the liquid. Starting with the sewage valve farthest from the reservoir, each discharge only takes 2-3 minutes. It's important not to discharge the manure at the same time to avoid any backflow caused by gas buildup in the pipe. We recommend discharging the tank every 14 days to reduce the presence of harmful gases and maintain a healthy environment for the pigs.
