Material:
• Neoprene: an excellent general purpose diaphragm suitable for non-corrosive liquid transport areas such as sewage treatment, tap water or sea water. It is flexible, economical and versatile.
• Nitrile rubber: used for the transport of petroleum and oil liquids, such as leaded gasoline, diesel oil, hydraulic oil, kerosene oil, etc. Transport non-corrosive gravity and consistency of the slurry selection of the diaphragm is better.
• Fluorinated rubber: the best choice of extremely high temperature fluid pump, high temperature resistance of 176 degrees, can also transport some corrosive liquid, such as essence, chlorinated hydrocarbons and strong corrosive acid, alkali and other media.
• EPDM: the best choice for extreme cryogenic pumps, as low as -51 degrees, can also be used to pump dilute acid or low corrosive liquids. Polyperfluoroethylene propylene: high price, strong corrosion resistance, flexibility is better than PTFE, suitable for low temperature corrosive media.
• PTFE: also known as teflon, which has the characteristics of the acid alkali resistance, resistance to a variety of organic solvents, almost insoluble in all solvents, non-stick coating can continuous use at 260 ℃, with a high temperature 290-300 ℃, low friction coefficient, wear resistance and excellent chemical stability. So the PTFE is widely used in the diaphragm pump of a material, of course, the price is also the highest in all materials. Generally used in high temperature and strong acid and alkali and other strong corrosion areas.
